Buri mwaka tariki ya 21 Nzeri isi yose yizihiza umunsi wo gushimira. Ni igihe abatuye isi batekereza kubyo bishimira n'ibituma isi yabo ikomeza kuba nziza.

GUSHIMIRA

Gushimira muri make ni uburyo bwo kunezererwa ibyo umuntu afite cyangwa se yakira mu buzima, byaba byinshi cyangwa se bito, agatekerereza ababigizemo uruhare, hanyuma akabitura ibyo bakoze cyangwa se akanarenzaho.

Gushimira bigira ingaruka nziza kandi ikomeye kuri nyir’ugushimira n’ushimirwa. Ntabwo bigomba kuba ikintu kinini cyangwa se kirenze. Kumwenyura, kubwirana amagambo meza, kumbwira umuntu ikintu kiza ngo asa neza, avuga neza, yambaye neza, kumuhobera, kumukorera igikorwa cy'ubugwaneza, cyangwa se kumwoherereza ubutumwa (akandiko/ imeri) bumushimira, bishobora kugira  ingaruka nziza kandi itangaje mu buzima bwa muntu. IBYO GUTEKEREZWAHO

Tekereza ku buzima bwawe uramutse udafite abantu b'ingarakamaro bafite umwanya wihariye mu buzima bwawe, cyangwa se batuma ubuzima bwawe bugenda neza? Urumva ubuzima bwawe bwaba bumeze bute? Ni gute ibi bigutera imbaraga cyangwa bigushishakiriza kujya ushimira abo bantu? Byaba binyuze mu nyandiko ivuye ku mutima ushima, imeri, ikiganiro cyiza, cyangwa se impano watekerejeho, ibi byose bishobora kugira ingaruka nziza kubo ubigirira.
